Four: The Parcel And The Potion!

Tails's Workshop 10:00am

Tails: That was good, thanks for breakfast Sonic.
Sonic: Not a problem pal, I'll take care of the dishes.
Tails: (Hears Door Knocking) Hm? Sonic why don't you get the door, I'll do the dishes for you.
Sonic: Sure okay, (Opens Door) Oh, hi Blaze.
Blaze: Hey Sonic, did I come at a bad time?
Sonic: Your timing's fine, would you like to come in? (Lends Hand)
Blaze: Sure, thanks. (Takes Hand)
Sonic: (Leads Blaze To Couch) So what's this about?
Blaze: Is Tails around? This involves him too.
Tails: I'm here, we just finished up breakfast.
Blaze: Great because I just remembered I need to pick up a few things in my dimension and I need a way to keep in contact with you guys while I'm there.
Tails: That should be easy, we just need four rings and both Emerald sets and I already have rings.
Sonic/Blaze: Sure no problem./Sure no problem.
11:00am
Tails: (Exhausted) Whew, they're done.
Sonic: As always, you did a good job there Tails.
Blaze: So how do they work?
Tails: Where to start, each ring has the energy of both the Chaos and Sol Emeralds, so we can use them to communicate with each other between our dimensions, however one ring can only communicate with one other meaning your rings can only communicate with each other while mine can only communicate with the other one.
Sonic: So who's ring is who's?
Blaze: And how do we contact one another?
Tails: Sonic's is blue, Blaze's is lavender, mine is yellow and the other is orange. Let's say Blaze wants to contact Sonic, simply touch your ring which will make his glow then he will touch his and both of you should see them project a hologram of the other on your rings when you're done touch your ring again to end the transmission.
Sonic: (Proud) You really out did yourself this time Tails.
Tails: Thanks Sonic, oh and Blaze take the orange ring with you.
Blaze: So the orange ring is for Marine then?
Tails: Yes, (Confused) why's that?
Sonic: (Smirks) Oh, I think you know why.
Blaze: (Confused) {What do mean Sonic? it's like he--} (Smirks) {Oh, of course.}
Tails: And why are you two smiling at me like that? (Blushes) Hey! We're just friends and besides I miss her a lot and not in the way you think.
Sonic: Your words pal not mine.
Blaze: Plus she really misses you too, she always thinks about you and sometimes out loud.
Tails: (Excited) You mean she likes me? That's great (Face Fluttered) er n-no I meant u-um. [Oh, darn!]
Sonic: (Chuckles) To late to take it back pal.
Blaze: Don't worry Tails I'm sure Marine will be happy to hear you like her back, I'll be sure have a sisterly talk about this to her about this when I get back.
Sonic: And while she does that, you and I are gonna have a brotherly chat about it.
Tails: (Annoyed) Are you serious?
Sonic: You know I am, not to mention it's more entertaining with your current attitude.
Blaze: (Dimensional Portal Opens) As fun as this is I better get going, (Kisses Sonic's Cheek) bye Sonic, Tails. (Jumps In)
Sonic: See ya. (Dimensional Portal Opens) Now about that talk. (Smirks)
Tails: That will have to wait Sonic your ring is glowing.
Sonic: Oh, (Taps Ring) Hey Blaze, I'm guessing you made there safely.
Blaze: I sure did, just wanted to make sure the rings work and I've just given Marine hers.
Sonic: (Smirks) Oh did you now? (Looks At Tails)
Tails: (Blushes) Stop it Sonic!
Blaze: Yes, I just finished explaining how it works to her and she loves it.
Sonic: That's good to hear.
Tails: My ring is glowing (Blushes) I'll be in my room. (Runs To Room)
Blaze: They seem in a hurry to catch up.
Sonic: Yeah, so how long are you gonna be there?
Blaze: Probably for the whole day to catch up with Marine and the Coconut Crew and finish the 'thing' I need to pick up.
Sonic: Take all the time you need, even if it takes ages at least we can talk this time and not wonder.
Blaze: That's true.
Sonic: (Phone Rings) I guess, I'll talk to you later, the phone's ringing.
Blaze: Sure, Blaze out. (Taps Ring)
Sonic: (Answers Phone) Hello?
Silver: Hey Sonic.
Sonic: Hey Silver what's up?
Silver: Shadow and I having a get together in the park with Knuckles and the Chaotix, and were wondering if you and Tails could make it.
Sonic: Sounds cool, we'll be there. Shall we bring anything?
Silver: Could you bring your stereo? Also we'll have something important to announce but we need to do it in person.
Sonic: I understand, what time does it start?
Silver: At noon, and at the same park your birthday was at.
Sonic: Sweet, we'll be there in a bit. (Hangs Phone)
Tails: I just over heard your conversation and have packed our stereo and songs in my Tetra Cube.
Sonic: Tetra Cube?
Tails: Oh, one of my newest inventions. It is able to hold as many of our belongings as possible even our largest ones, packing things will be much faster.
Sonic: Way to think ahead buddy.
Tails: Heh heh.
Sonic: Try to keep up.
Tails: I'll do my best.
Sonic: Then hear we go! (Zooms Out)
Tails: Okay! (Zooms Out)

Meanwhile
Amy's Cottage 11:00am

Amy: Sonic, doesn't know what he's talking about. Thanks to these instructions I have now created the world's most strongest love potion which is guaranteed to be successful and permanent. Since this potion has my DNA, anyone who drinks it will fall for me. My girlish intuition tells me Sonic is heading to the park, so all I have to do is make sure he drinks it then he'll be mine forever. (Leaves)

The Park 12:00pm

Sonic: Hey guys.
Tails: It's been awhile.
Silver: Glad you two could make it. Now that everyone is here, Shadow has an announcement for you.
Shadow: In honor of Dr. Eggman no longer being a treat, GUN is throwing a ball tomorrow night hosted by me, Silver and the Chaotix Detective Agency.
Knuckles: Sounds pretty cool.
Sonic: Um, not trying to get on you're bad side Knuckles. But what about the Master Emerald?
Knuckles: I understand, and now that Eggman appears to be no more and Rouge has earned my trust, I decided to come to this gathering and I'll be there at the ball tomorrow.
Sonic: Cool.
Shadow: Anyway, the ball is a formal party which means you must wear suits or tuxedos.
Tails: [Guess we got go buy ours then huh?]
Sonic/Knuckles: [Yeah.]/[Yeah.]
Shadow: And finally it is optional to bring a date.
Sonic: Oh, okay.
Espio: That reminds us Sonic.
Charmy: We wanted to congratulate you.
Vector: On the fact that you and Blaze are dating.
Sonic: (Blushes) Thanks, but where did you guys hear that?
Charmy: Shadow and Silver told us.
Sonic: (Smirks) And where did you two here that?
Silver: Rouge told us, and judging on the look on your face we didn't know it was a secret and I didn't think Rouge knew either. So sorry about that.
Sonic: Hey it's cool, I was actually planning on telling you guys later today anyway. Enough about me let's bust out the stereo.
Tails: Okay. (Pulls Out Tetra Cube And Releases Stereo)

Vector: This calls for a dance off!
Espio: You guys up for this?
Charmy: Party time!
Silver: This should be fun!
Shadow: Let's do this!
Knuckles: Show me what you got!

Amy: (Sneaks In Unnoticed) {Great now's the perfect time to slip the potion in Sonic's cup.} (Pours Potion) {Know that's that done, I might as well doll myself up to heighten the effect.} (Runs Home Unnoticed)

Sonic: Man I'm thirsty {good thing I filled my cup earlier}, how about you guys? (Picks Up Cup)
Tails: I think the rest of us are fine.
Sonic: Oh well, down the hatch. (Drinks Half And Spits) Yuck That's Foul!
Knuckles: Sonic are you alright?
Sonic: I'm fine it's just this drink is really bad it tastes like, Amy!
Knuckles: (Laughs) Good one Sonic.
Sonic: No, I'm serious some sort of pink hair is in it.
Tails: (Curious) Hmm, Sonic could have a look at your drink so I can analyze it?
Sonic: Sure. (Hands Cup To Tails) Hey what's this? (Picks Up Bottle)
Tails: Guys. Get over here!
Shadow: What is it?
Tails: It seems that Amy slipped Sonic a love potion.
Silver: (Disgusted) That sounds, disturbing.
Sonic: And according to the bottle I found, it's said to be the strongest of them all and the only way to get free from it is to have a blow to the head by the person responsible for it.
Charmy: So in other words, Amy has to bonk you on the head for you to be, 'you' again?
Sonic: Yeah, it also says that as soon as I look her, that's when the potion will take affect.
Vector: Your not worried are you?
Sonic: No way! Come on guys, I'm a free spirit who's proven to be immune to everything evil and dark. I have a pure heart that can't be broken by anything even as something as stupid as 'love potions' besides the bottle says it won't work on those who are pure of heart.
Espio: Then all of us here have nothing to worry about.
Knuckles: I'm not sure I can say the same for Storm or Rouge.
Tails: Or Wave.
Silver: And from what I've seen, definitely not Amy.
Big: (Heads In Park) Sonic is that you?
Shadow: {Sonic who's that?}
Sonic: {That's Big The Cat.} Hey Big long time no see, what brings you here?
Big: Duh, Froggy and I have returned from vacation on an island.
Sonic: Cool.
Big: Oh, I almost forgot. Since we missed your birthday party, I caught this big fish for you. It's not much but we hope you like it, sorry it's a late gift.
Sonic: (Chuckles) It's okay, thanks Big.
Tails: You look a little tired, you want something to drink before you head off?
Big: Wow, thanks. (Takes Cup From Tails)
Tails: (Shocked) Wait! Big don't drink that!
Big: (Finishes Drink) Huh, why?
Tails: It's, never mind.
Amy: SONIC ARE YOU HERE?
Sonic: (Annoyed) Great, Amy found us. (Slyly) {This gives me an idea, okay guys huddle up--}
1:00pm
Knuckles: {Okay guys she's here act natural.}
Amy: I finally found you Sonic.
Sonic: (Acting Surprised) Oh Amy it's you.
Amy: (Flirty) Are you ready to admit your feelings Sonic?
Sonic: Yes, yes I am. (Acting Bashful) The truth is, there's this girl who's like nothing I've ever seen before.
Amy: (Lovestruck) Oh Sonic.
Sonic: She is one of kind and is the prettiest girl I've ever seen.
Amy: (Blushes) Do you really meant that Sonic?
Sonic: (Smirks) Why sure I mean it Amy, she's also the only one for me and I've been blind to it for some time.
Knuckles: (Chuckles) {Man she actually thinks he's talking about her.}
Tails: (Chuckles) {I can't wait to see the look on here face when she's realizes otherwise.}
Espio/Charmy/Vector: (Chuckles) It'll be priceless./It'll be priceless./It'll be priceless.
Shadow: (Chuckles) I'll admit this is very amusing.
Silver: (Chuckles) Alright, lets see what happens next.
Amy: (Mad) THERE'S NOTHING FUNNY ABOUT SONIC TELLING ME HIS FEELINGS SO SHUT UP!
Sonic: (Annoyed) Geez Amy, simmer down!
Amy: (Shocked) Sonic did you just tell me off?
Sonic: Um, yes! No offense but you really are one lovestruck lunatic.
Amy: (Angry) I AM NOT A LUNATIC! Hey, you were lying to me when you said all those things!
Sonic: I never lie unless it's necessary and actually I meant every word--
Amy: If you meant every word, then why did you insult me?
Sonic: I was talking about Blaze and you needed that insult.
Tails: Serious Amy, even we could tell.
Amy: So then my love potion didn't work. (Rage) THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!
Knuckles: Of course it didn't work, you didn't read the caution.
Amy: Being?
Sonic: I have a pure heart which is unbreakable and immune to anything opposing my personality, and that applies to love potions. Hopefully now you can we that we were never meant to be.
Amy: (Cries) LIES! THIS IS ALL LIES! YOU LOVE ME! YOU DON'T NEED A POTION TO SAY SO!
Sonic: (Annoyed) We had a feeling you'd say that, (Smirks) and just so you know I only drank half of the potion.
Amy: (Confused) But if all of it is gone, then who drank the other half?
Big: Hi Amy, it's been a long time. (Potion Kicks In And Acts Bashful) Touch the pretty girl.
Amy: (Nervously) Um, Big why are you looking at me like that?
Big: I love you Amy and I just want to hug you and kiss you And Hug You AND KISS YOU! (Charges Towards Amy)
Amy: (Scared) BIG LEAVE ME ALONE! (Runs Off)
Big: Wait for me Amy! She's just shy Froggy lets go catch the pretty girl. (Runs After Amy)
Everyone Laughs Til 2:00pm!
Sonic: At least now maybe Amy will know how I feel.
Knuckles: That was the funniest thing I've ever seen.
Tails: That plan was genius Sonic and that's saying something since I'm smarter that all of you.
Charmy: That was totally wicked.
Vector: Unlike Amy, you're a terrific actor Sonic.
Silver: Sonic, that was unbelievable.
Shadow: (Amused) Okay, I'll admit it. That was funny, (Serious) but don't get used to this face.
Sonic: (Grins) Wasn't counting on it.
4:00pm
Sonic: Tails we should head back.
Tails: All set Sonic.
Sonic: We should do this again sometime.
Tails: Knuckles, you still meeting up with us tomorrow morning?
Knuckles: Yeah you bet.
Sonic: Alright, we'll see the rest of you tomorrow. (Zooms Home)

Sonic: (Taps Ring) Hey Blaze.
Blaze: Oh Sonic, I was just about to contact you.
Sonic: I guess I beat you to it.
Blaze: Yeah, anyway I'm on my way back.
Sonic: Cool, I guess you got your 'things' sorted?
Blaze: I sure did.
Sonic: Great, I'll leave you to it then. Sonic out! (Taps Ring)
Tails: We'll Sonic?
Sonic: She should be hear any minute.
Tails: (Portal Opens Outside) That should be her now. (Runs Out)
Sonic: Sweet. (Follows Tails Out)
Blaze: (Steps Through) Sonic. (Embraces Sonic)
Marine: (Steps Through) Oi, don't forget about me mates! (Portal Closes)
Tails: (Surprised) Marine?
Marine: Good to see ya mate. (Embraces Tails)
Tails: (Blushes) I missed you too.
Sonic: (Smirks) Oh yeah, Tails we still need to have that chat.
Blaze: (Smirks) And Marine we never did have that talk.
Tails/Marine: (Annoyed) Just great./Just great.
Tails: Before you and Blaze head off, Marine do you want to see my inventions?
Marine: Do I ever mate, (Grabs Tails Hand) let's go! (Runs Off)
Tails: (Blushes) Could you slow down a little? (Catches Up To Marine)
Sonic/Blaze: (Grins) They so like each other./They so like each other.
Blaze: Sonic, you know that 'thing' I had to take care of?
Sonic: What about it?
Blaze: It's your birthday present from me. (Gives Sonic Parcel)
Sonic: Aw you didn't have to give me anything, I'm just glad you could make it.
Blaze: I hope you like it.
Sonic: (Opens Parcel) A tuxedo? (Awestruck) Blaze, where did you get this?
Blaze: (Blushes) Um actually I made it, with help from Marine and the Coconut Crew.
Sonic: (Blushes) Wow, I don't what to say. I love it!
Blaze: You do?
Sonic: Yeah, I'd love anything you give me. Besides nothing made me happier then seeing you on my birthday and nobodies present will ever change that.
Blaze: (Lovestruck) Oh, Sonic. (Embraces Sonic)
Sonic: (Embraces Blaze) As long as it's not pink.
Blaze: Like Amy?
Sonic: (Laughs) Or anything that belongs to her.
Blaze: (Laughs) Yeah, I better take Marine to Cream's.
Sonic: Hey, before you go there's something I'd like to ask you.
Blaze: Okay.
Sonic: GUN is having a ball in my honor tommorrow for Eggman's defeat and I was hoping you'd like to accompany me there as my date.
Blaze: (Blushes) Oh Sonic of course I will, besides I'll be able see just how hansom you'll look in that tuxedo of yours and I can't wait to show you my matching gown. (Embarrassed) [I said to much!]
Sonic: (Chuckles) I'm sure you'll be just as beautiful in your dress as you are now.
Blaze: Thanks Sonic.
Marine: (Excited) Oi guys your not gonna believe this, Tails is takin' me to a ball tomorrow.
Sonic: Way to go buddy!
Tails: (Chuckles) Thanks, I guess.
Blaze: (Kisses Sonic's Cheek) We should get going, bye Sonic. (Heads Home)
Marine: (Kisses Tails's Cheek) See ya Tails! (Follows Blaze)
Tails: (Face Fluttered) {Wow that was cool.} (Embarrassed) Um, Sonic you're still here?
Sonic: (Smirks) You know it, nice going Tails.
Tails: (Worried) We're not still going to chat about this are we?
Sonic: Man I almost forgot, thanks for reminding pal. (Laughs)
Tails: (Annoyed) No problem, buddy. [Darn! What did I do?]
